During high season, when there are 2 frequency of buses coming back from Torres del Paine (the last one usually arrive at 22:00 hrs) we close at 22:30, to make you could return your equipment in case next day you have to leave early morning.

You can contact us via whatsApp, email or phone letting us know your situation and leaving the rented equipment at your accommodation. We will go to pick-up the equipment, check if everything is ok and as the deposit is on a credit card, we will deduct the payment from there and return the deposit to your card.
